Electric roll-forming machine for producing standing seam roofing directly on-site or in the workshop. The Quadro Basic is a versatile profiling machine from the German manufacturer Schlebach – a well-established name in standing seam technology since 1981. Thanks to its interchangeable cassette system with 10 or 12 forming stations, the machine allows for quick changes between different profiles without the need for separate machines for each type – simply by rotating or replacing the cassette.
Control is managed via a 7-inch touchscreen display, and the integrated motorized rotary shear for cross-cutting ensures a clean, automatic cut immediately after the profile is formed. Precise electronic measurement in millimeters guarantees minimal length tolerance (around 1-2 mm), and the length of the profiles themselves is practically unlimited (minimum 500 mm).
The machine is mounted on a sturdy frame with four wheels (two with brakes) and fork pockets for safe transport with a forklift.
