A compact and mobile electric profiling machine for direct on-site production of double standing seams - ideal for installers working directly on the roof or construction site, not just in a workshop. Unlike the larger Quadro series, the Mini-Plus is designed to be portable: it is mounted on four wheels with adjustable height for convenient work in various conditions.
The machine features precise electromechanical length measurement in centimeters, a decoiler for coils up to 300 kg, stepless adjustment of working width from 240 to 850 mm, and an integrated roller shear for both cross and longitudinal cutting. The forming of tapered panels for dome and spire roof shapes is done in two steps, directly on-site, without the need for additional processing.
